Service Description

Hypnosis is a human condition involving focused attention, reduced peripheral awareness, and an enhanced capacity to respond to suggestion. It is a specific psychological state in which undesirable habitual behaviors can be reprogrammed. It begins with an induction to create a relaxed state and then involves a series of repetitive suggestions and statements to align with the goals of the client. This is a 3-hour service and includes a coaching interview, 2 inductions (1 to establish barriers and patterns and 1 to change behaviors), a recording for the client to take with them, and a plan. This includes a $150 deposit or to be paid in full since it is a 3-hour commitment for the hypnotist.
